Human Services

This system intends to develop competent professionals in a range of human service roles such as community development worker, welfare worker, counsellor, child care officer, disability services worker, correctional counsellor or community correctional officer.

Graduates are eligible to apply for membership of the Australian Community Workers Association (ACWA).

• Year 12, or equivalent
• Assumed knowledge: English, or Literature, or English and Literature, or English as an Additional Language (Units 3 & 4, C).
