Individual Support

This qualification reflects the use of workers locally and/or residential surroundings that follow an individualised plan to supply person-centred service to folks who may require support as a result of ageing, disability another reason. Work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility to get outputs.Workers possess a range of factual, theoretical and technical expertise, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and practices required to provide person-centred support.To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of work as detailed in the Assessment Prerequisites of the units of competency.No law, legislative, and regulatory or certification requirements apply to this eligibility during publication.
