Individual Support

This qualification reflects the use of workers locally and/or residential surroundings who follow an individualised plan to supply person-centred support to people who might require support due to aging, disability or some other reason. Work involves using discretion and judgement in relation to human support as well as accepting responsibility to get outputs.Workers have a range of factual, technical and procedural expertise, as well as some theoretical knowledge of the concepts and techniques required to present person-centred support.To accomplish that qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 120 hours of are detailed in the Assessment Requirements of their components of competency.No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this eligibility at the time of publication.
