This qualification reflects the function of an individual in various information and communications technology (ICT) functions that have significant knowledge in specialist technical skills, or managerial company and people handling skills.Individuals in these functions perform complex tasks in an expert field, working independently, leading a team or a tactical direction of a business. They employ their skills across a wide array of businesses and company purposes, or like a company owner (sole trader/contractor).
