The Master of Instructional Leadership intends to equip aspiring and practising educational leaders from all fields of education with the knowledge, understandings and skills to construct and sustain effective teaching and individual student learning and development in both schools and alternative educational settings. The Master of Instructional Leadership has a solid emphasis on the use of evidence and research from faculty leaders' professional practice. The class aligns with the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership National Professional-standard for Principals.
