The aim of the programme is to broaden students’ knowledge of international business environment and prepare them for careers in international companies, with special focus on Central and Eastern European markets.

Intercultural diversity of students combined with the business climate of the top business school in Poland as well as its diversified contacts both with academic and economic institutions all over the world make these studies especially attractive. The courses are fully conducted in English and taught by renowned scholars from Poland and abroad.

Second-degree studies in International Business provide students with deep knowledge of management in international business and complementary disciplines enabling them to undertake positions of specialists and managers at medium and higher ranks, as well as advisors and consultants in enterprises functioning on international market. The studies also prepare students to establish their own businesses on international markets as well as to further educate themselves at doctoral studies (PhD).

Required documentsA printed, filled in and signed electronic application form including a photograph submitted in the electronic form.original or its official copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public of the secondary school-leaving examination certificate under the new examination system (new matura) or secondary school-leaving examination certificate under the old examination system [old matura], or IB (International Baccalaureate) diploma issued by the International Baccalaureate Organization having its seat in Geneva - International Baccalaureate Diploma, or EB (European Baccalaureate) diploma issued by the European Schools pursuant to the Luxembourg Convention defining the Statute of the European Schools of 21st June 1994 or a school-leaving examination certificate obtained abroad. Secondary school-leaving examination certificates obtained abroad should be legalized (meaning apostille or other form of legalization) or certified as equivalent to a Polish secondary school-leaving examination certificate in accordance with nostrification regulations;a higher education diploma at the Bachelor´s level or higher or its official copy or a photocopy certified by a notary public. A diploma obtained abroad should be legalized or endorsed with an apostille, or acknowledged as equivalent to a Polish diploma in accordance with nostrification regulations or international agreements. In case of submitting a foreign diploma according to Polish regulations it needs to be officially recognized in Poland by the process of nostrification unless bilateral agreements state differently. The candidate should apply to the Rector of the Warsaw School of Economics for exemption of his/her diploma from nostrification in order to undertake second-degree studies at the Warsaw School of Economics.
