The MBA programme International Healthcare Management prepares participants for challenging tasks in the top management of the global healthcare sector (e.g. pharmaceutical and medical products, hospitals, ambulatory care, and public health institutions). During three semesters, leadership skills are highlighted alongside subject expertise and methodological knowledge. You will acquire business know-how about the roles and foundations within the international healthcare sector and work on industry relevant management issues such as HR and organisation, decision-making and performance measurement, and corporate communication and collaboration.
