Our study programme ranks among the top ten management programmes in Germany and has been awarded the FIBAA Premium Seal. It emphasises all aspects of modern leadership and will provide you with detailed knowledge of corporate governance. The programme covers five fundamental areas of international management: leadership & global management, risk management, contract management, innovation management, and project management. The international and interdisciplinary aspects of management in these areas remain in focus throughout your entire studies. Special emphasis is placed on awareness about the legal framework, due to the increasing impacts of governmental and societal requirements on corporate actions, both at the national and international levels.

Students can now choose from three areas of applied focus - marketing, information management, or finance. Alternatively, students can graduate without an applied focus by simply choosing a different area each semester (for example healthcare management, contractual management, and so on, depending on the courses being offered).

The marketing focus examines issues in the area of marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, and market research.

Information management identifies information as a key organisational resource and ultimately prepares students for decision-making positions in international organisations, corporations, and fast-paced start-ups.

The third area, finance, deals with questions that are fundamental to the survival and success of businesses, such as how to raise capital and finance business activities, choose between projects on the basis of future value, and manage cash flow and liquidity.

To foster your professional experience, course content is built on through a series of business projects. During an internship, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and gain insights into the challenges of entrepreneurial business.

SRH Hochschule Berlin offers the opportunity to attend individual semesters abroad in addition to completing an international internship. You may choose from a wide range of partner universities in Europe, USA, Central & South America, and Asia.

Internships

Project-based study:
Students work jointly on projects with affiliated companies during the entire programme. This cooperation often is continued and develops into a Master's thesis. The first semester prepares students for the subsequent company projects.
In cooperation with selected companies, the tutor will establish a programme for the students providing them with a structured and holistic knowledge of entrepreneurial assignments, functions, processes, risks and problems. The application of acquired methods taught in the programme enables the student to optimise his/her professional skills and solve problems within the company.

Project work:
  • Company projects
  • Interdisciplinary case studies
  • Contract projects

We will assist in the search for the mandated internship during the final semester through our corporate contact network, as well as in the selection and preparation for the internship - be it in Germany or abroad. Upon successful completion of the programme, we will certify the student's internship through EuroPass Mobility documentation.
