This course is intended for computing engineering, information technology or engineering scholars, together with or without networking experience, who would like to learn or expand their knowledge of networking and networking technologies. As students come from a number of backgrounds, there is a level of subject choice in the program to fulfill individual desires. The internetworking application provides practical, hands-on experience utilizing various tools including the service offered by Cisco Systems for comprehensive computer network along with relevant software including routing, switching, security, wireless, mobile computing systems, systems, cloud computing and systems. Higher level electives in internetworking are readily available. The application covers all aspects of the organisational utilization of programs: design, implementation, security, direction and end systems and software. This course allows students to create many skills across the internetworking field and also the relevant application advancement field, in accordance with interest and elective choices, as an example, switching and routing, systems and network management and analysis, network securityand freedom, cloud computing, computer network application development and web development.

Students may prepare yourself for Cisco CCNA and CCNP industry certificate.

  • UTS recognised bachelor level, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications that illustrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Additional qualifications are preferred in computing engineering, information technology, computer technology, telecommunications, or a related subject. The English proficiency requirement of global students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: paper established: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 2-1
  • Or AE5: Walk
  • Or PTE: 58-64
  • Or CAE: 176-184. Qualification for entry doesn't guarantee offer of an area. Assumed knowledge 2 yrs' experience in media or at another position in the IT industry is desired. Applicants without work experience can also be considered.
