Students with this course gain skills in advocacy, communication, problem solving, negotiation and mediation, and will grad work-ready for a selection of professional functions in the civil and criminal justice sectors, responsible for developing and implementing justice policy and improving accessibility to justice. Students will: Know the essentials of the Australian justice strategy - its core concepts, structure and fundamentals; understand the societal, legal, political and economic environment influencing the justice industry; analyse and generate solutions to problems and transmit knowledge and ideas related to this industry to others; employ their understanding and skills to show liberty, interrogate conclusion and responsibility; analyse and evaluate information to complete a variety of activities related to the justice industry; and create the most cognitive, communication and technical skills to tackle professional functions in research, operations, policy or advocacy.

Entry for this course is based in an entrance position. A position can be accomplished by a year 1 2 ATAR, additional Australian qualification, work experience, or an international qualification.
