Landscape architecture responds to diverse topics posed by the contemporary world ranging in scope and scale from the garden into the land, the infrastructural into environmental, through the act of design. In this class students are vulnerable to a range of unique design methods, associated engineering and tools to design landscapes which examine and propose new forms between economics, ecology and society. At the four classes of the class - Layout, Communications, surroundings and Theoretical Frameworks - learners learn a pair of specialised thoughts and skills. In the Design stream students tackle design projects learning special design methods to conceptualise and execute design ideas. In Communications students know to analyse and reflect landscape in 2D and 3D. In surroundings skills in mapping, construction methods and manufacturing are manufactured.

  • Components 3 and 4: a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English besides EAL
