Requirements for Languages, Literature and Intercultural Studies Programme at University of Florence

The Languages, Literature and Intercultural Studies Programme at University of Florence is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the language, literature and culture of the Italian language. In order to be eligible for the programme, students must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the Italian language, as demonstrated by a language test or equivalent
  • A minimum grade point average of 3.0 or equivalent
  • A minimum of two years of college-level coursework in Italian language, literature and culture
