Description

Why study Law at BU?

Our unique range of QLDs are one of only a very few in the UK to incorporate a full one year placement in industry, offered as optional on LLB (Hons) Law and Taxation.

You will embark on your career with the advantage of work experience (which could also count against the time you spend as a trainee Solicitor) and the edge that you gain as a candidate who offers more than the standard legal training.

Specialise in Taxation

Tax is delivered as a branch of the law with the emphasis on legal principles, as well as from a critical viewpoint on matters of tax policy and practice.

If you decide you wish to choose a different specialism, other than taxation, it's not too late - our degrees give you the flexibility to choose after your first year.

Whichever pathway you choose, all represent the academic stage of legal training. Find out about other QLD options at BU.
