This grad entrance program will allow students to fast-track a career in law. It offers an accelerated pathway for graduates of any subject other than law. Legislation application content involves all subjects needed for admission as a legal practitioner in Australia: legal training and ethics, contracts, torts, criminal law and procedure, equity/trusts, civil procedure, evidence, constitutional law, and land law, administrative law and company law. Students will investigate answers to legal problems, prepare advice, present legal argument, observe court proceedings, and take part in simulated court demonstrations in our Moot Court venue.

The level can be a licensed academic qualification for admission to the legal profession. Applicants must take a further amount of legal practice before being admitted as a legal professional.

Conclusion of an Australian Graduate degree or equivalent degree from an international university
