The UOW Graduate Certificate in Laws (Criminal Practice) may be the only program of its kind in Australia. This app is for attorneys working in (or aspiring to perform in) criminal clinic as being a prosecutor or defence attorney. It attracts practitioners from throughout Australia, New Zealand and PNG. Students will obtain practical experience in a certain environment, using their legal knowledge into case scenarios. Students may also develop oral and written critical analysis abilities.

Applicants should have a recognised degree in Law, or be admitted to practice as a barrister or solicitor in Australia, or even a jurisdiction with the same legal system.
