The Master of Laws program (LLM) is developed to broaden your understanding and deepen your understanding of a professional area of law. All courses offered within the LLM program are developed for advanced study, contain a significant research component and focus on critical thinking and critical analysis of complex legal problems. This can be a professionally-focused regimen that will introduce students to new viewpoints and profound analyses, ensuring top excellent learning and teaching experiences. Participants of this program will be armed with high level knowledge and techniques, placement them to take part in further education, research, and professional development in Australia and across the world. The program offers students the opportunity to finish one of five specialisations such as Environmental Law, Employment and Labour Relations Law, Dispute Resolution, International Law and Law Used. The specialisation of Law used is available to students who completed their own Law degree outside of Australia.

Bachelor of Law (Honours) level either inserted (320 units) or'end-on' (80 units) or equivalent law degree from a recognised tertiary education institution, or Graduate Certificate or Graduate degree in Legal or Law term following completion of an AQF Level 7 Bachelor of Laws degree, or five year combined law degree curriculum (400 units of education generally, at least 240 cognate) or a 4 year Bachelor of Laws degree application (320 units of education, each of cognate) or a three year graduate entry Bachelor of Law program subsequent to completion of a three year non-cognate level (480 units of education generally, at least 240 cognate) or a AQF Level 7 doctorate degree in Law and have completed at least two years relevant work experience in a legal environment. Software will be assessed by the Program Convenor throughout the consideration of a statement outlining the relevant work experience. Transcripts and thorough CVs have to be given towards the University.
