If you choose to add the Medical Physics specialization, you'll gain the necessary background for graduate school and certification as a medical physicist.As a medical physicist, you plan radiation treatments for patients undergoing cancer treatment. The Biophysics specialization integrates both biology and physics in equal depth keeping graduates or careers in either field a possibility while also ensuring effective communication at the interface of these two disciplines.
