Tailored to the local government environment, the course enables participants to create an education program that responds to individual preferences because it allows students to produce research plan which fulfills the needs of their professional improvement. Subjects could be studied through intensive block release and the application can also be used as a stepping stone to a Master of Local Government.

  • UTS recognised bachelor level, or equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted additional evidence of general and professional qualifications which demonstrates possibility to pursue graduate studies. Applicants must provide: a personal statement describing their motives for wanting to review municipality direction
  • A CV articulating related use a minimum of 2 years' experience. Applicants who don't possess such graduate qualifications must possess 2 years' relevant professional experience and demonstrate evidence of fulfilling bachelor's level learning outcomes in the above field fields. English proficiency requirements for global students or regional applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
  • Or TOEFL: newspaper established: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 2-1
  • Or AE5: Pass
  • Or PTE: 58-64
  • Or CAE: 176-184. Eligibility for admission doesn't guarantee offer of a place.
