This course provides skills and knowledge required to establish and maintain marine resource management proceduresand team and leadership work in accordance with Australian and global regulations and guidelines.The unit applies to personnel accountable for controlling the functioning of this ship and also for the care of men around board.The unit reflects the necessities of this International Maritime Organization (IMO) International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Manila Convention (STCW) for example the Tables A-II/1, A-III/1, A-II/2 and A-III/2.
