The Institute of Earth and Environmental Sciences offers a full-time master program Geology, leading to M.Sc. degree. The master program is 2 years (4 semesters) long and has a credit value of 120 ECTS. The language of instruction is English.
The students choose one of three focus module groups according to their personal preference. The M.Sc. offers instruction in the following focus areas:
- Geomaterials and Processes
- Rock Mechanics and Geodynamics
- Geohazards
- A professionally qualifying appropriate study program of at least 3 years (Geology, Natural Sciences, etc)
- English requirements: level B2
