This qualification reflects the use of workers who provide services to customers in relation to emotional health issues. They can provide counseling, referral, advocacy and education/health pro-motion services.These workers are required to possess advanced degree specialist knowledge, skills and competencies specially in regard to laws affecting individuals with mental health problems, the assortment of services accessible to them and medical issues associated with emotional wellbeing.
