This course is for registered nurses using the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, who wish to follow a career in midwifery. Students will master midwifery-specific language, and become immersed in midwifery doctrine, ethical and social maxims, and regulations, developing significant research abilities, clinical reasoning, and critical thinking skills that are employed to working together with women and their own families. Pupils experience a broad variety of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities, including at the minimum of�1046�clinic hours over the two decades. They'll get experience in many different workplace settings, including birth centers and regional and rural maternity units, and tertiary hospitals.
- This class has an early closing date to submit applications (October 31 every year). Applications are determined by how well they meet the entry requirements and just how well the prospective students believe the issues raised in the supplementary questions. Admission to the course is competitive. Software will be evaluated based on academic merit and also the variety of available places. Please be advised that if you submit an application after the advertised closing date, then your application might not be considered.
