The program supplies a flexible structure and includes a vast range of elective courses. These courses are taught by staff with international research reputations and draw ANU's strategic location inside the national capital. For students who do not need a law degree, this Graduate Certification of New Technologies Law includes a mandatory 6 unit course on Digital Economies and the Law that's available twice a year and which has introductory themes on Contract Law, Law of Torts, and Statutory Interpretation.
