This qualification reflects the role of enrolled nurses with advanced skills who are employed in a specialised area of nursing practice. Only at that level, registered nurses incorporate and adapt specialised, technical and theoretical knowledge to tackle a wide range of clinical scenarios and challenges within their area of specialisation. They contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practice utilizing research and participation in broader organisational excellent procedures. Enrolled nurses maintain responsibility for his or her actions while staying accountable for the Registered Nurse/Midwife for all assigned functions.Note the range of training for this particular job role is set by property and state legislative requirements and also the policies and procedures of the employing organisation. Users with the qualification must refer to all those instruments in the evolution of assessment and training strategies.
