Nursing

The program will suit those students that have a particular interest in research and who wish to pursue, with supervision, an in-depth investigation of an problem of concern to the nursing profession. The amount will be given based on a thesis demonstrating a mastery of the knowledge and techniques pertinent to the subject of investigation in addition to a critical appreciation and comprehension of the relationship with her or his own work compared to that of the others.

• To be eligible for entry as a Candidate for a Masters by research degree a person needs to :'ve graduated with or qualified for a four year Honours Bachelor degree, or Degree with Honours, at least second class honours degree, which comprised a dissertation demonstrating the capacity to undertake research at Masters level
• Or hold qualifications and/or have demonstrated skills, experience, research, or books which are assessed as being equivalent to the qualifications previously. Applicants who don't meet certain requirements will soon be required to try an additional programme of study equivalent to a fourth year of advanced undergraduate study and research in the relevant field.
