This system offers the training needed to become an accredited practising dietician. It covers all facets of nutrition including food science, social science, health nutrition, public health and community nutrition. Teaching is research driven that students have experience of most of the latest technological developments and progress in the science of nutrition. Throughout the course of their studies students develop the skills of critical thinking, problem solving, hypothesis testing, experimental design, planning and organisation, communication, counselling and computing.
