Physics

UNB Saint John's Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree provides students with a foundation in the biological, physical, and mathematical sciences. During this four-year program, students can choose from among a variety of majors, specializations, and minors. In addition to labs, lectures, and tutorials, students can also take advantage of interactive labs on and off campus. This program is designed primarily for qualified students intending to pursue a postgraduate education. The Honours program requires more specialization and a greater overall course load than the Major program. In addition a student may specialize in Physics or Applied Physics. The Applied Physics program may be entered by any student with a satisfactory record in either first year Science or first year Engineering.
