Requirements for the Piano Programme at Franco Vittadini Institute of Music Studies

The Piano Programme at Franco Vittadini Institute of Music Studies is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the art of piano performance. Our curriculum is designed to develop the technical and artistic skills necessary to become a successful pianist.

In order to be accepted into the Piano Programme, prospective students must demonstrate a strong commitment to the study of piano. This includes a minimum of two years of prior piano study, a strong knowledge of music theory, and a passion for the instrument.

In addition to the above requirements, prospective students must also demonstrate a high level of proficiency in sight-reading, improvisation, and composition. All applicants must also submit a portfolio of their work, which will be evaluated by our faculty.
