Podiatry (Graduate Entry)

This system gives graduates an comprehension of human body, biomolecular science, pharmacology, dermatology, and clinical medicine and surgery. Podiatry is a specialised area of medical care dealing with prevention, diagnosis and management of both foot and related lower limb disorders. This class will enable students to multitask walking and running motion as a way to correct foot and lower limb problems that can at times lead to pain elsewhere in your system, like the knees. They'll learn about the plan of orthotic devices that align feet and benefit walking difficulties, or benefit rehab of sport injuries employing physical therapy techniques. This Program is accredited by the Australian and New Zealand Podiatry Accreditation Council. * Graduates are eligible to apply for enrollment together with the Podiatry Board of Australia, also membership of the Australian Podiatry Association and Sports Medicine Australia. With additional curricular coaching, podiatrists can apply to the Podiatry Board of both Australia and seek authorisation to prescribe scheduled medicines.

A recognised bachelor degree in a medical science or health science-related field completed in the previous ten years which have subject regions of chemistry, anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, disease processes along with health-related statistics.
