This class focuses on the principles, concepts and topics which are shaping Australia's national security and the exploration and world of corporate and commercial law and practical legal problem solving. Students will find out about democratically informed citizenship, and contemporary topics in politics and policy, national security, the struggles of contemporary terrorism and contemporary regional politics in the Asia Pacific and beyond. UC's qualified and professional team will help students make better understanding of the world that they live in and reevaluate how exactly to meet current societal and political struggles. Students will also be encouraged to develop their own advocacy abilities and legal skills while learning their connections to the history and theory of law.
Entry for this program relies on an entrance rank. A rank can be achieved by means of a year 1-2 ATAR, additional Australian qualification, work experience, or an international qualification.
