Specifically developed for undergraduates holding degrees in the arts and sciences or business degrees other than accounting, the program integrates management skills with accounting theory and practice, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, case studies, and final team projects. One measure of success is the large number of graduates that we place in career positions each year.

Rutgers Business School (RBS) thrives within Rutgers University, the nation's eighth oldest institute of higher education. Students must have a bachelor's degree, good GPA and GMAT scores, and strong references. The majority of the class members have GMAT scores of 550-650 and have an undergraduate GPA of 3.2 or better. High motivation is required because of the intensive nature of the studies. Students are admitted on a full-time basis on the Rutgers Newark campus only. You must submit the TOEFL or PTE Academic test if your native language is not English. Not required of students who have done 3 or more years of their undergraduate work or have obtained a graduate degree in the U.S.

Graduate aid is available from varying sources - federal, state, university and Rutgers Business School. Some awards are need-based, while others are awarded on the basis of merit. Unless otherwise noted in the description, applicants for financial aid must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. In order to apply for financial aid, a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as well as a Rutgers University Institutional Financial Aid Application must be completed.
