Professional Practice (Engineering)

This innovative program awards a Masters eligibility primarily predicated on recognition of professional practice and was created for experienced engineering professionals seeking additional career advancement. Completion of this level recognises the discipline-based awareness and techniques developed by professionals at work, offering professionals and employers that an alternative solution, to a conventional high Master's degree.

Graduates of the Master of Professional Practice (Engineering) will be given professional registration as a certified engineer (National Engineers Register), and also attain Engineers Australia Chartered membership status, providing them a more clear road to Chartered and independent practice as an engineering professional.

• All applicants must meet minimum English language requirements: Bachelor Degree and at least five years relevant work experience (or part time equivalent)
• OR Associated Graduate Certificate of Professional Practice.
