The Graduate Certificate is the first tier of a sequence of post graduate programs in Property and Development. It's undertaken on a parttime basis over two semesters with students completing two courses in each semester. You may see about development and property fundamentals and processes necessary to effectively manage property development projects.
An undergraduate degree in a related field such as building, construction administration, construction economics, civil engineering, mining engineering, material engineering, architecture, interior design, landscape design, urban planning, quantity surveying, property development, real estate or business or even a recognised college or university degree in a related field with minimum of three years of job experience within the property industry in a management level or even a recognised professional qualification in real estate industry related areas eg Associate membership of API or RICS and 5 years of job experience within the real estate industry in a management level or even a recognised Bachelor degree or college or university degree perhaps not related to tasks of their property industry and a minimum of 5 years of job experience within the property industry in a management level.
