This course is made for both real estate and real estate investment practitioners, and graduates in related disciplines who wish to extend their qualifications and expertise in both property investment and development. Graduates have dedication to professionalism within the real estate and real estate investment sectors. This course is for property and investment professionals who need to upgrade their qualifications or expertise for people who wish to put in the home and real estate investment businesses. From the first year students develop an understanding of just how to balance private and public interests in urban evolution, the way to evaluate real estate assets, and also the way to evaluate growth feasibility.
- UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent, in a number of these areas: architecture and construction, technology, management and commerce, law, economics and econometrics, fund, together with no less than a credit average. All applicants will need to provide a: personal statement (maximum. 500 words) describing their motives for needing to study real estate development and investment
- CV articulating their property or finance/investment-related work experience (minimum of 2 years). The English proficiency requirement of global students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
- Or TOEFL: paper established: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet established: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 2-1
- Or AE5: Pass
- Or PTE: 58-64
- Or CAE: 176-184. Qualification for admission does not guarantee offer of a place.
