Property Economics and Право

The Property Economics/Bachelor of Laws (Honours) allows students to join an interest in land having a law qualification. The Property Economics program offers the theory and practical understanding of the role that land plays from the International market. It gives details on the use of many property professionals who assess, grow, appreciate, fund and manage most of types of public and private land. The Laws component allows students to think ahead and take advantage of employment opportunities in growth areas and newly emerging businesses, such as intellectual property and technology.

Graduates satisfy the academic requirements for admission as a solicitor and/or barrister in all Australian states and territories. It is also known for admission purposes in West and East Malaysia, India, Fiji and Papua New Guinea.

• Completion of Year 12 or equivalent.
  Assumed knowledge: English, or Literature, or English and Literature, or English as Another Language (Units 3 & 4, C)
• Along With General Mathematics, or Mathematical Methods, or Specialist Mathematics (Units 3 & 4, C).
