The Bachelor of Science (Honours) gives you the opportunity to extend your knowledge and skills in professional areas of psychology such as counselling, ethics, assessment, and intervention as well as your research skills. As such, this degree involves both coursework and a research project conducted under the supervision of a staff member. The skills you will learn will help you gain the competencies necessary to be an effective scientist-practitioner.

Entry requirements
- Year 12 English (4 SA) or equivalent
- 3-year Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent in the area of Honours study from a recognised institution completed a maximum of 3 years prior to application
- Minimum GPA of 5.0 (credit)
- Candidates for the Psychology Major must have completed a program of study approved by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) as constituting the first three years (or equivalent) of study in psychology within the last three years
English Language Requirements
Domestic and international students from a non-English speaking background are required to satisfy English Language requirements. This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
