This program prepares graduates that understand public health issues, primary health care, public health, health promotion, epidemiology and research procedures. Public health professionals promote the overall wellbeing and wellness of all communities or populations throughout their work in the medical industry.
Graduates are eligible for membership of the General Public Health Association of Australia and the Australian Health Promotion Association.
- Year 12 or equivalent
- Assumed knowledge: English, or Literature, or English and Literature, or English as an Additional Language (Units 4 & 3, C).
