The UTS Master of property Investment gives investment, real estate and finance professionals a competitive advantage within the global property investment flourish. It addresses the finance, investment, management, appraisal and investigation knowledge required to succeed in the global investment sector. Students have the ability to incorporate highly sought property and finance skill sets and progress their career. Through this level students learn how to know and analyse how the various sociopolitical, economic, financial and environmental factors that induce property investment decisions in a globalised environment. - UTS recognised bachelor degree, or equivalent, in a number of the following disciplines: property or land economics, structure economics, engineering, business, finance and related fields, management and trade with no less than a credit average
- or master degree, or equivalent, in one of the following disciplines: land or real estate, business, finance, commerce or economics together with a minimum of a credit average. All candidates should offer a: personal statement (maximum. 500 words) explaining their reasons for needing to study real estate investment
- CV articulating their land or finance/investment-related work experience (minimum of two years). The English proficiency requirement of global students or neighborhood applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
- Or TOEFL: newspaper based: 550-583 complete with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 complete with a writing score of 2-1
