  • or master degree, or equivalent, in one of the following disciplines: land or real estate, business, finance, commerce or economics together with a minimum of a credit average. All candidates should offer a: personal statement (maximum. 500 words) explaining their reasons for needing to study real estate investment
  • CV articulating their land or finance/investment-related work experience (minimum of two years). The English proficiency requirement of global students or neighborhood applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
