Responsible practices have to be undertaken whereby alcohol is sold or served, including where alcohol samples are served during at-home merchandise tastings. This unit, therefore, applies to any workplace at which alcohol is sold or served, including all kinds of hospitality sites, packaged spirits stores and wineries, breweries and distilleries. It integrates the knowledge conditions, under state and territory liquor licensing law, for employees engaged in the sale or service of alcohol.
