• Applicants should have completed an UTS approved bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or filed other evidence of general and professional credentials that demonstrates possibility to pursue graduate studies. To be eligible for entry to this class students must have completed at least two areas from the Australian journal Insolvency and also turn around Association (ARITA) advanced certificate application provided by UTS: Law. Entry is at the discretion of the associate dean (education).
