This qualification reflects the role of those who have the primary duty of engaging the buyer, maintaining daily store operations and bringing organisational expectations. They have solid understanding of goods and service supplies. They work with some liberty under limited oversight. Many people working at this level are in charge of supervising other associates and monitoring day-to-day workplace operations.The eligibility provides a pathway to perform in a diverse selection of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, shops and quick service restaurants. People who have this qualification are able to do roles such as frontline product sales assistant, customer service representative, shop assistant, retail supervisor, team leader and mature sales assistant. No occupational certification, certificate or special legislative requirements connect with the eligibility during time of publication.
