This qualification reflects the use of frontline retail associates who use a defined and limited range of functional skills to tackle workplace activities. They are participating with mainly repetitive and routine activities and work under direct supervision of all others. This qualification offers a pathway to work in a wide array of retail preferences including specialty retailers, supermarketsand department stores and quick service restaurants. Individuals with this qualification are able to perform jobs such as frontline team member, customer care helper and point-of-sale operator.No occupational licensing, certificate or special legislative requirements apply to the qualification during the time of book.
