This course provides a general education curriculum framework for English as an additional language (EAL) literacy and language instruction primarily targeted to newly arrived migrants and refugees who should come up with language skills to participate in a variety of community contexts. The Certificate also contains elective numeracy modules for anyone EAL students who may also should develop numeracy abilities and maybe not only become familiar with this English of math. It is acceptable as an intermediate route for students that have developed a survival level of English, literacy or numeracy skills and who have experienced any official or informal vulnerability to English.
