Sport and Recreation Management

Effective management can be an important part of all successful sporting organisations, whether they've been at the elite, professional or amateur level. It accentuates the benefits of work with the the staff and the organisation involved, and assisting the sporting organisation to adapt and thrive in environments of rapid and pervasive economic, sociological and technological shift. The job of Sport and Recreation Management provides students with a solid grasp of their fundamental commercial tasks of direction within a sporting business. Besides components in the School of Business, students will also have the opportunity to acquire relevant units in the college of Health Sciences.

• Year 12 or equivalent
• Admissions interview
• Mature age applicants should achieve completion of a Pre University Class at an approved college/TAFE, or Even a satisfactory result at the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT)
