This class focuses on developing knowledge and techniques in the field of marketing and management within the recreation and sport industry. Students will improve their knowledge and develop skills in preparation for work in the recreation and sport industry. They will find out about the psychology of exercise and sport consumers along with all about ceremony marketing techniques in sport and recreation. Accounting clinics and ethical considerations such as work in the industry will further be developed. Students will undertake research in relation to exercise and sport organizations and certainly will develop learning adventures from elective units provided in the program.
- An Associate's degree with a major in Sport Science or Exercise and Health, or an equivalent qualification, as evidenced by UWA
- And exactly precisely the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of 60%
- Or a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as evidenced by UWA
- And two decades of full-time relevant professional experience. English language requirements apply.
