The job of Sports Development is a multidisciplinary three year program intended to supply entry-level graduates with a thorough knowledge of their academic and applied areas of community game, health and fitness.The program comprises studies in human anatomy and physiology; health, physical activityand exercise and health promotion; operation analysisand fitness training and training; psychology, communication and direction. The plan will establish upon Griffith's strong standing in sports science, sports management and instruction and will be delivered together with existing, highly-qualified staff and you will be taught in worldclass facilities.Graduates will look for employment in community sport and recreation, including health promotion officers, development officers within professional and amateur athletic organisations, curriculum managers and staff in the sport and recreation centres and resorts, executive officers with state and national sporting associations, event managers/ coordinators, and game marketing and media officers.
