Teaching and Learning

The Master of Teaching and Learning (Primary) prepares teachers to the battles of northern Queensland and the Tropics, via a theoretically-informed practice-based approach with learning experiences in urban, rural and remote school-community surroundings.

The Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) in association with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT). Graduates of this class are eligible for teacher registration in Australia.

Conclusion of an AQF Degree 7 bachelor degree or equivalent which includes the equivalent of a Complete year of study in either English, or technologies, or mathematics, or science, or
