Teaching (Primary)

This application will allow students to get a teaching qualification should they have a bachelor degree in an area other than education.The class is designed to complement content knowledge gained from their prior eligibility, and also the breadth of life and also other experiences they are able to draw on in the teaching profession. The course will ensure students are ready for his or her professional experiences in actual school settings plus they're going to also be encouraged by a school educator in the classroom. A future-focussed doctrine ensures students are going to have the important capabilities to become an innovative teacher in the main classrooms of tomorrow and today. Students will be ready to teach in a primary school (Prep-year 6 months ).

This class meets professional instruction standards for the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership, and Queensland College of Teachers and pupils are eligible to apply for teacher registration. Graduates trying to find employment at other areas of Australia and overseas may have to meet more conditions.

• A completed recognized 3-year bachelor level maybe perhaps not in education or in a class resulting in teacher enrollment, with a minimum grade point average score of 4.0 on QUT's 7 point scale
• Plus 8 semester units (twelve months of full-time study) relevant to at least one or more education areas at the primary school program
• Main school program are as are English, mathematics, science, and humanities and social sciences, the arts (music, drama, dance, media arts and visual arts), languages, health and physical education and technologies. Applicants must submit an announcement covering suitability criteria.
