TESOL and Foreign Language Teaching (FLT)

This program will offer initial expertise and abilities to your skilled practice of language teaching. It plans to develop knowledge of teaching methodology and of using linguistic comprehension in the classroom. An essential part of the training course is the necessity to tackle monitoring of classrooms and take part in teaching clinic. On completion students will be able to instruct learners confidently and competently, reflect critically on their own teaching, and demonstrate inter cultural awareness. This qualification could be used overseas and in Australia, but maybe not at the Australian government school systems.

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent as approved by the University Admissions Committee. No teaching experience is required.
