The MA Theatre Studies will provide you with the methods and professional frameworks for understanding current theatre practices. It will develop analytic and cultural perspectives on theatre performance that are relevant to the creative industries in their global and national contexts.
The programme builds upon the established reputation of the Department of Dance, Film and Theatre in providing high-quality graduate education. The Arts and Humanities Research Council offers a variety of studentships to support research and taught postgraduate students in the field of performing arts.
